I had a small job with several nails popping through roof tiles. I called several roofing companies. Most never returned my call. 2 companies even said upfront $2500 minimum charge. I called EMC Roofs and they returned my call shortly after I left the message. They came out for estimate the next day and had a very good estimate. Repairs were begun and all was documented with pictures. They even gave me the rusted nails. They were so honest and proficient in their work ethics. I am so lucky and thank God I called them. Excellent company!!!!!!!!!!

We met with Owner/Manager, and explained our dilemma, and how our insurance company was procrastinating even though we told them that my husband doesn't have an immune system and we were in fear that perhaps a mold situation would show up if the leak wasn't fixed, although minor in nature, it still requires immediate attention and Farmers Insurance kept giving excuses for the delay in service. So, using wisdom and paying for the repair ourselves was the only thing to do. Besides, Farmers Insurance is dumping us due to no fault of our own. Mr. Cantillano is so compassionate, and knew that this needed immediate attention, and so he put us at the top of his list and came out at 7:30am and started the repair. He's extremely punctual, he showed up on time and prepared to get the job done. Mr. Cantillano is professional, knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and affordable. The job was done in only three hours, with guarantee in place and photos for our file. We are honored to pass along this amazing, and very ethical company. In today's world you really must be careful when looking for an ETHICAL company!!!
